I think my equipment is broken. What do I do?

Stop using the equipment that you suspect to be broken. Serious injury can occur from using damaged gas equipment.

If your equipment is still under warranty, please contact the retailer/distributor who sold you the equipment and ask them to file a return request. It is necessary for us to work through the distributor, or the return cannot be processed properly.
